1. Pre-Transfer Firearm Inspection Mandate
Please inspect your firearm thoroughly at your chosen receiving FFL dealer shop BEFORE completing Form 4473 and accepting the transfer.
Once a firearm is accepted and transferred into your possession, it is considered legally used and CANNOT be returned under any circumstances. Any manufacturing defect or mechanical issue discovered after the transfer must be handled under the original manufacturer's warranty.
2. Denied Firearm Transfers & Restocking Fees
30% Restocking Fee Policy: If a customer orders a firearm and fails to complete the transfer due to a failed NICS background check, state or local legal disqualification, or refusal to take delivery, the returned purchase is subject to a 30% restocking fee plus all round-trip freight and shipping charges.
Refunds for denied transfers will be processed only after the firearm has arrived back at Elite Defense Armory LLC in Fort Stockton and passed physical serial inspection.
3. Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items
In accordance with state/federal laws and firearm safety guidelines, the following items are strictly FINAL SALE and non-returnable:
- Used Firearms: All sales of used, pre-owned, or surplus firearms are final.
- Items Sold "As-Is": Products marked "As-Is" or clearance carry no warranty or return allowance.
- Transferred Firearms: Any firearm where ATF Form 4473 has been executed.
- Ammunition & Black Powder: For safety reasons regarding propellant/powder integrity, all ammunition sales are non-returnable.
4. Standard Parts & Accessories Returns
Unopened, unused tactical gear, optics, and non-serialized firearm components in original factory packaging may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping fees are the buyer's responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part.
