1. Shipping Overview

Elite Defense Armory LLC operates strictly under all applicable federal, state, and local firearms laws. All orders are processed, packaged, and dispatched from Fort Stockton, Texas with high priority, carrier compliance, and full tracking updates.

2. Merchandise Flat-Rate Shipping Schedule

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout using flat rates determined by item category and legal shipping requirements:

Parts, Optics & Accessories: Standard flat-rate ground shipping.
Ammunition & Components: Flat-rate ORM-D / Hazardous Ground shipping. (Ammunition cannot ship via air or to P.O. Boxes).
Handguns: Flat-rate expedited air express shipping (Mandated by federal carrier policies).
Long Guns (Rifles & Shotguns): Flat-rate insured standard ground shipping.

3. Firearm Orders & Federal Transfer Requirements

Per federal law, firearms purchased online cannot be shipped directly to individual homes or non-licensed addresses under any circumstance.

FFL Transfer Requirement: All firearms must be shipped directly to a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder (such as your local licensed gun shop) where you will complete Federal Form 4473 and the background check prior to taking possession.

Customer FFL Responsibilities:

Select Receiving FFL: You are responsible for selecting or providing the contact details of your preferred receiving FFL dealer during checkout or immediately post-purchase.
Provide FFL Documentation: If your dealer is not already on file with us, please request that they email a copy of their signed license to contact@elitedefensearmory.com referencing your order number.
Verify State & Local Laws: You are solely responsible for confirming that the firearm, frame, or magazine capacity is legal to possess in your state, county, and city prior to completing your purchase.

4. Restricted Jurisdictions

Elite Defense Armory LLC reserves the right to cancel any order originating from or destined for a state or city where the item is prohibited by statute. Canceled restricted orders will be subject to standard merchant processing cancellation fees.
