How To Transfer Your Firearm To Us

Purchase Your Firearm Online
Buy your firearm or serialized item from Palmetto State Armory, Bear Creek Arsenal, Delta Team Tactical, or any licensed dealer.

Select Elite Defense Armory LLC as Your FFL
Choose us during checkout. If the seller requires a copy of our FFL license sent directly, contact us with your order number and seller's email address.

Await Delivery & Processing Notification
Once your item arrives at our location, give us time to log and process the firearm into our system. We will contact you directly as soon as it is ready for pickup.

Background Check & Pickup
Come in to complete ATF Form 4473 and your background check. Bring a valid, non-expired Texas Driver's License or Government ID with your current physical address.
Transfer Policies & Fees
- Standard FFL Transfer Fee: $30 per firearm.
- Multiple Items: Contact store for multi-item transfers on the same 4473 form.
Required Documentation
- Valid Texas Driver's License or State ID card showing your physical home address.
- LTC / CHL (License to Carry) if applicable.
- Supplemental government proof of residency if your ID shows a P.O. Box or old address.
Ordering From a Vendor Not Listed?
