1. Agreement & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Elite Defense Armory LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our website, purchasing products, or utilizing our FFL manufacturing and transfer services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using this site or engaging in transactions with Elite Defense Armory LLC.

2. Eligibility & Legal Compliance

To purchase firearms, ammunition, or restricted tactical components from Elite Defense Armory LLC, you must meet all state and federal requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase long guns or rifle ammunition.
• You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase handguns, handgun ammunition, or stripped receivers/frames.
• You must legally be permitted to possess and own firearms under federal law (18 U.S.C. § 922) and the laws of your state and local municipality.
• You agree that all purchases are made for lawful purposes and that you are the actual transferee/buyer of any ordered firearm.

3. Product Orders, Pricing & Cancellations

All orders placed through our platform are subject to product availability and order confirmation.

• Pricing Errors: While we strive for absolute accuracy, we reserve the right to correct pricing errors, misprints, or inaccurate product descriptions at any time. In the event of an error, we reserve the right to cancel affected orders and issue a full refund.
• Order Modifications: Once an order has entered processing or shipment, modifications or cancellations may be subject to administrative fees or restocking fees in accordance with our Store Policies.

4. FFL Transfers & Background Checks

As a licensed Type 07 Federal Firearms License holder, Elite Defense Armory LLC strictly enforces all federal regulations regarding firearm transfers:

• All firearms ordered online must be shipped directly to a licensed Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL).
• It is the customer's sole responsibility to arrange transfer receiving with their chosen local FFL dealer.
• If a customer is denied a transfer following Form 4473 execution or fails local background check criteria, returned items are subject to our standard restocking fee (25% to 30%) as outlined in our Shipping & Return Policy.

5. Limitation of Liability & Warranty Disclaimer

Elite Defense Armory LLC provides products and services "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except where explicitly provided by product manufacturers.

Under no circumstances shall Elite Defense Armory LLC, its owner, or employees be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use, misuse, modification, or handling of any firearm, ammunition, or component purchased from our store.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas and United States Federal Law. Any legal action or dispute arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Pecos County, Texas.
